Press Win+X, select Run, enter: “gpedit.msc”, launch Local Group Policy Editor, select “Computer Configuration” >> “Windows Settings” >> “Security Settings” >> “Local Policies” >> “Security Options”, on the right find “User Account Control: Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator account”, double-click to open and change to “Enabled”, confirm, log out and log back in after exiting, problem solved.
