UFW Firewall Prevents KDE Connect from Discovering Other Devices

I previously encountered an issue where KDE Connect was unable to work. The specific symptom was that KDE Connect could not detect any devices on the network - it simply wouldn’t function.

Recently on CachyOS, I encountered the same issue where KDE Connect couldn’t detect any devices on the network. However, this time it was different - it was caused by the UFW firewall.

Solution:
